Our goal is to provide our customers with the best customer service as well as the best American made knitwear apparel. We will work directly with you to answer questions before you place your order to assure you receive exactly what you require.

Ordering

Minimum Order
KnitwearUSA / Villa Rica Knitters is a wholesale knitwear business. The minimum order is one case.  However we do offer cases of mixed products and colors in our Hot Bargains section.  Please click here for the best pricing for smaller orders. Shipping and Handling Fees
Our shipping and handling fee for UPS ground is a flat $14 per case on orders of 1-9 cases.  For 10 cases or more, please contact us and let us give you a special shipping quote.

Normally this is the only added cost but in rare situations there could be other shipping fees including address correction fee, fuel surcharge, special delivery cost, etc.

We are not responsible for any delay, loss, damage, or other mistakes caused by shipping carrier.

Item Availability
If assorted color items are not in stock, you will be notified within 48 hours either by phone or e-mail. Delivery time for specific color items will be quoted.

If your order is a rush order, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping Methods
Regular shipping is by UPS Ground.

We do not typically ship to a post office box; contact us if UPS does not deliver to your area.

If you need faster shipping, please contact us.

Domestic Shipping
For shipping outside the 50 U.S. States please contact us for a shipping quote.

Payments

Pay By PayPal with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or bank draft.

Prepay by Money Order, Cashier's Check or Check
Fill out our form; please provide us with your phone number or e-mail address to receive our mailing address; if paying by company check, the order will ship after the check clears our bank. Normally it takes 5-10 business days to clear the bank.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible to work out a solution; either substitute colors, change products, or cancel the out of stock item and ship the remainder of the order. Consider e-mailing us or calling to discuss your order before placing it.

Returns
Typically our products are not returnable. Contact us and we will discuss returns on a case by case basis within 10 working days of receipt of products. 

It is the receiver's responsibility to check for discrepancies in an order before any alterations are made. Please notify us immediately if your order does not appear to be correct.

Return shipping will be at customer's cost.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Order cancellation or changes will only be accepted if received before shipment occurs. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Exchanges
We offer apparel at wholesale prices rather than retail prices, and we maintain our inventory in a warehouse rather than a retail store, therefore, we are unable to simply exchange items.
